The Growth Fellowship is a 3-month, fully remote program where you work on live projects alongside real campaigns not simulated assignments. Unlike online courses that hand you pre-recorded videos and a certificate, the fellowship puts you inside actual work with a dedicated mentor tracking your progress 1:1. You don’t just learn concepts you execute them, get feedback in real time, and build a portfolio of work that proves what you can do.
Applying is completely free. You fill out a short application form sharing your background and goals no essay, no portfolio required. Our team reviews every application manually and gets back to you within 5–7 business days. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited for a brief interview. If selected, you’ll receive your onboarding details and mentor assignment. The $99 enrollment fee is only charged at that point after selection, never before. You pay nothing to apply.
This fellowship is built for recent graduates, career switchers, and self-taught marketers who want real work experience not another certificate. You do not need a marketing degree, agency background, or a polished resume. What we look for is drive, coachability, and the discipline to show up consistently in a remote environment. Throughout the fellowship you get regular 1:1 sessions with your assigned mentor, weekly accountability check-ins, and direct feedback on your live project work.
