Upon successful completion of your internship, you will receive a Completion Certificate. This is issued automatically and is not subject to any fee or additional requirement.
Candidates demonstrating exceptional performance may additionally be considered for a Letter of Recommendation at the discretion of the founding team.
Alumni Portfolio Initiative
As an optional service available to all interns post-completion, Stravyn Hill offers a personalised Alumni Portfolio Page on our official website. This is an add-on service and is entirely your choice to opt into.
The Alumni Portfolio Page may include:
- A verified internship showcase hosted on the Stravyn Hill website
- A personalised recommendation note from the Founder
- Professionally designed case study presentations based on your internship work
- LinkedIn profile integration and resume showcase
- A permanent shareable portfolio link for future applications and professional networking
This page serves as a publicly verifiable record of your internship experience and can be shared with recruiters, employers, and academic institutions.
Stravyn Hill Trust Score
The Stravyn Hill Trust Score is an internal evaluation metric used exclusively within the Stravyn Hill Alumni & Portfolio Initiative. The score is determined based on a range of factors, including program participation, communication responsiveness, adherence to internship commitments, professionalism, documentation compliance, and overall engagement throughout the internship period.
The Trust Score is intended solely for alumni portfolio and verification purposes and should not be interpreted as an employment reference, character certification, background verification, academic assessment, or professional suitability rating.
A Completion Certificate confirms the successful completion of the internship program and is separate from the Trust Score. Similarly, Recommendation Letters, where applicable, are evaluated independently and awarded at the sole discretion of Stravyn Hill based on the organization’s internal criteria.
Trust Score, Completion Certificate, and Recommendation Letter status are distinct assessments and should not be interpreted as automatic indicators of one another.
How to Opt In
If you choose to participate, you will be required to submit:
- Three case study topics related to your internship experience
- Your LinkedIn profile URL
- An updated copy of your resume
- Any additional achievements or certifications you would like featured (optional)

Why is there a fee?
Unlike the Completion Certificate which is a standard document, the Alumni Portfolio Page is a custom-built professional asset created specifically for you. The portfolio processing fee is non-refundable once the Alumni Portfolio Page has been successfully delivered to the intern. The fee covers professional design and layout, case study structuring and formatting by our content team, permanent hosting on the Stravyn Hill website, LinkedIn integration, and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio page. This is a one-time fixed charge, identical for all interns.
